Introduction
This app is primarily made for service engineers to provide service and perform various operations. App enables the OTP based device change and firmware update process.
From the CRM, the work order will get generated for every operation with the DU details and operations to be performed. Once the work order gets generated, Service engineer can process it with some easy steps through this app.
Features:
Sign Up
With the signing up, User can create his account to use the further functionality.
Login
User can login with his User Id and Password and then can use the Apps features as per User type.
Geofencing
App uses geofencing to verify whether Service engineer is using the App within the defined geofence associated with Dispenser/Dealer location.
Upload work order details
With this Service engineer can submit workorder report data to server with all the required details.
